EXACT Sports is looking to provide a motivated individual an opportunity to work at our evolutionary sports consulting firm. With clients including over 2000+ NCAA coaches and tens of thousands of youth athletes, we are growing rapidly.
The Role
We are looking for someone to lead relationship development with NCAA & NAIA college coaches, selecting the 'best' and managing their experience in instructing at our events. In this role, you would:
- Foster relationships with coaches from different conferences, divisions, & across the US.
⇒ Understand what makes EXACT camps special & be able to 'pitch' it to new hire instructors!
- Manage a support team of individuals in the selection process; Monitor the team's performance against hiring KPIs for time management, quality of hiring, and budget.
⇒ Build our camp coach staff quickly! As the majority of our budget is spent on our coach instructors, we need to continue getting great staff at camp!
- Manage the on-boarding process for our coach instructors, including both designing/facilitating training as well as supporting the event programming.
⇒ Make the event experience GREAT for coaches (and athlete families)!
Requirements
- Startup mentality
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral communication, negotiation, customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to function in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
